
1 package VegMe Malleable mince
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp rapeseed oil (for frying)
1 dl breadcrumbs
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 dl plant-based cream, unsweetened (e.g. soy or oats)
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper
1 yellow onion in strips
250 g mushrooms
2 dl oat cream
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp shallot stock
Salt and black pepper
Oil for frying
Instructions
Fry the finely chopped onion in the rapeseed oil until the onion softens.
Mix mince, breadcrumbs, cornstarch, plant-based cream, salt, black pepper and the fried onion. Leave to soak for at least 10 minutes. If the patties become too loose in structure, add some more breadcrumbs to your mixture and mix again. Shape into patties. Fry and turn in oil in a frying pan until the burgers get a lovely colour on both sides.
Peel and cut the yellow onion into strips. Chop the mushrooms. Fry the onion in a frying pan. After some time, add the mushrooms. When both the onion and the mushrooms have a nice colour, add oat cream, soy sauce and shallot fond. Season with salt and black pepper according to your preference.
