1 package of VegMe Vegan Bites
250 g whole grain noodles
1 dl vegetable stock
1 bell pepper
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
2 tsp sambal oelek
4 dl creamy oat fraiche
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp turmeric
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the water, add some oil and set aside.
2. Slice the leek and pepper. Fry in a wok on medium heat until soft.
3. Add vegetable stock and VegMe Vegan Bites, let simmer for a few minutes.
4. Mix the creamy oat fraiche with sambal oelek, ginger and turmeric. Mix with the noodles.
5. Pour the noodle mix into the wok pan and stir.
