
Ingredients
1 package VegMe Pulled Original
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1/2-1 tbsp chili flakes
salt and pepper
oil for frying
1 jar VegMe Aioli
Sriracha
10 leaves crisp lettuce or cosmopolitan
1 dl roasted hazelnuts
Coriander
Instructions
Peel and chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic until soft. Add Pulled and fry for a few minutes.
Add soy sauce, chilli flakes and season with salt and pepper. Fry everything together.
Serve the pulled in a leaf of lettuce. Top with aioli mixed with Sriracha if you want some heat, as well as chopped roasted nuts and coriander.
