
Ajvar Mayo with Parsley
Serves 4
1 jar VegMe Mayonnaise
2 tbsp ajvar (hot if you want more spice)
1 tbsp chopped leaf parsley
Salt
Pepper
Mix all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
Smokey Aioli with Harissa
Serves 4
1 jar VegMe Aioli
2 tsp harrisa
½ tsp chipotle
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt
Pepper
Mix all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
Green Aioli with Lemon
Serves 4
1 jar VegMe Aioli
2 tbsp chopped leaf parsley
2 tbsp chopped basil
1 lemon
Salt
Pepper
Mix the aioli and herbs. Add lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.
Apple Mayo with Curry
Serves 4
1 jar VegMe Majonnäs
2 tsp curry
1 apple
2 green onions
Salt
Pepper
Mix the mayonnaise and curry. Finely chop the apple and green onions and add to the mix. Season with salt and pepper.
Tip!
Fry the curry in some margarine first if you want a fuller curry flavour.
