1 package VegMe Malleable mince
1 package of taco seasoning
1 sweet potato
200 g kale
Tomato
Red onion
Fresh coriander
Nacho chips
Salsa
Sauce
2 avocados
1 dl water
Juice from one lime
One clove of garlic
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 225 °C. Cut the sweet potato into cubes, drizzle with an oil of your choice and roast in the oven for about 25 minutes. Fry the mince in some oil for about 5 minutes. Add taco seasoning. Rinse the kale and clear the stems. Bake gently in the oven until crispy. Cut the vegetables and mix all the ingredients for the sauce until smooth. Spread the nacho chips across a plate, top with mince, vegetables, salsa, dressing and coriander.
