
Quick and tasty everyday pasta with an Italian touch.
Serves 4
400 g spaghetti
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 squash
600 g VegMe Malleable Mince
180 g sundried tomatoes
2 dl vegan cooking cream
salt
pepper
2 tbsp roasted pine nuts
Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions. Chop the onions and fry. Press garlic into the pan. Cut the squash into pieces and fry until golden. Add the mince. Chop the sundried tomatoes roughly and mix it together with the cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle pine nuts on top.
