
Serves 4
4 burger buns
300 g VegMe Pulled Original
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
1 ¼ dl ketchup
1 ¼ dl hoisin sauce
1 dl water
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sriracha
Salt
Pepper
3 green onions
Toasted sesame seeds
Press garlic into a bowl and stir with sesame oil. Add ketchup, hoisin sauce, water, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sriracha. Season with salt and pepper. Add Pulled Original.
Put everything in a foil mould, cover with tinfoil and close the edges. Put the mold by the side of the fire to heat up.
Grill the buns. Finely chop the green onions. Put salad in the buns and top it off with Pulled. Sprinkle the green onions and sesame seeds.
Tip!
A dollop of VegMe Mayonnaise on the buns is delicious.
