1 1/2 dl VegMe Mayonnaise
1 red onion
1 jar seaweed caviar (á 75 g)
1 tbsp fresh grated horseradish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped dill
Salt and pepper
Peel and chop the red onion.
Split and core the avocado. Dice.
Add onion and avocado to the mayonnaise.
Add seaweed caviar, horseradish, lemon juice and dill. Season with salt and black pepper.
Serve on seeded Swedish hard bread and decorate with a wedge of lemon.
