A really tasty vegan sausage which is slightly spicier than our BBQ sausages. Made from pea protein and sunflower seeds. A thin casing of algae gives the sausage a lovely bite and makes it easier to cook.

Water, rapeseed oil, protein base (sunflower seed flour, pea protein, colouring agent (beetroot, black currant and iron oxide concentrate)), stabilisation base (starch, stabilisers (methyl cellulose, carrageenan, and brandy gum), black pepper, colouring agent (radish and carrot concentrate), flaxseed flour), cold smoked water, pea protein, algae broth, fermented onion (water, onion, glucose syrup, starter culture), vinegar, spices (onion and garlic powder, chipotle chilli, cayenne pepper, paprika, cumin, oregano, black pepper), salt, alginate (sodium alginate, guar seed meal). Smoked with alder wood chips.
