L\u00e4gg i en bunke. Skala och klyfta r\u00f6dl\u00f6ken. Blanda med rotsakerna och h\u00e4ll i lite olivolja. Krydda med salt och peppar. Blanda runt och l\u00e4gg sedan p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen i ca 30 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll str\u00f6br\u00f6d och mj\u00f6lk i en bunke, l\u00e5t sv\u00e4lla ca 10 minuter. Tills\u00e4tt VegMe Formbar f\u00e4rs. Finhacka l\u00f6ken och l\u00e4gg ner i bunken. Pressa i vitl\u00f6k och riv i zest fr\u00e5n citronen. Hacka kapris och blanda ner i f\u00e4rsen tillsammans med oliver. Tills\u00e4tt potatismj\u00f6let. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Blanda ihop allt ordentligt.<\/p>\n<p>Ta ut pl\u00e5ten med rotsakerna och g\u00f6r plats f\u00f6r limpan. Forma f\u00e4rsen till en limpa och l\u00e4gg p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen i 20 minuter.<\/p>\n<p>Blanda fraiche med majonn\u00e4s och pressa i vitl\u00f6k.
