Koka upp \u00e4ttika, socker och vatten. H\u00e4ll upp i tv\u00e5 sm\u00e5 sk\u00e5lar och addera tunt skivad gurka i ena sk\u00e5len och tunt skivad r\u00f6dl\u00f6k i den andra. L\u00e5t svalna och st\u00e4ll i kylen 1 timme.<br \/>\n2. V\u00e4rm upp olja i en stekpanna, hacka chili och vitl\u00f6k och stek mjuka p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i ca 1 minut.<br \/>\n3. Addera ostronskivlingen och l\u00e5t steka tills vattnet g\u00e5tt ur och den f\u00e5tt f\u00e4rg.<br \/>\n4. L\u00e4gg svampen \u00e5t sidan. Stek (utan att tv\u00e4tta pannan) Vegan Bites gyllene och addera svampen. St\u00e4ll \u00e5t sidan.<br \/>\n5. Massera gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len med olivolja och salt, l\u00e4gg in i ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader i n\u00e5gra minuter tills de blivit lite krispiga.<br \/>\n6. Rosta pinjen\u00f6tterna i en torr panna tills de blir gyllene. R\u00f6r hela tiden.<br \/>\n7. Sk\u00e4r kavringen i skivor och dela p\u00e5 tv\u00e5, stek sedan l\u00e4tt i olivolja och l\u00e4gg \u00e5t sidan.<br \/>\n8. Bred gener\u00f6st med tapenad p\u00e5 den l\u00e4tt svalnade kavringen och toppa med svampblandningen.<br \/>\n9. Garnera med de picklade gr\u00f6nsakerna, gr\u00f6nk\u00e5len, pinjen\u00f6tterna, salt, peppar, citronzest och persilja.<br \/>\n10.
